Refund & Cancellation Policy


This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on AD Brothers (adbros.in), including IT services, software development, digital marketing services, and training programs.

1. Service-Based Projects (IT, Web, Software Development)

For IT services and project work:

  • Once a project has been initiated, analyzed, or any work has begun, no refund will be issued.
  • Advance payment or booking amount is strictly non-refundable.
  • If the project is canceled by the client midway, no partial or proportional refund will be given.
  • Any delay caused due to missing client inputs does not qualify for a refund.

2. Training Programs & Courses

For training courses (online or offline):

  • Training fees once paid are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Batch changes are subject to seat availability and approval.
  • If a student misses classes due to personal reasons, rescheduling is not guaranteed.
  • Digital products (notes, recordings, PDFs) are non-refundable once issued.

3. Digital Marketing, SEO & Advertising Services

For digital marketing and SEO services:

  • Due to the nature of digital marketing, no refunds are provided once the service has started.
  • Ad spend paid to platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram) is non-refundable.
  • Performance results may vary based on algorithms and competition; refunds cannot be claimed for performance issues.

4. Cancellation Policy

A user or client may request cancellation by sending an email to: info@adbros.in. However:

  • Cancellations are only accepted before the work begins.
  • Once work has started, cancellation requests will not be honored.
  • For training, cancellation is not allowed once registration is completed.

5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A duplicate payment is made by mistake (subject to verification).
  • Technical issues caused payment failure but amount was deducted.
  • Such refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

6. Payment Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • It may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your bank account.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method only.
